If you are like me and train 8 hours a day and supplement myself with Protein shakes every 2 hours … no man, seriously, you thought i was The Rock? I am just a fat dad writing a blog. Anyway, if you got this concept of always having handy this specific amount of protein powder, ready to mix with you, then you will be ahead of any other dads. Fun fact, when born, babies’stomac are not extensible, so when it is full.. it backfires. to avoid that you would need to alway provide to junior the right amount of water/milk powder and to do that you would need this item.
